What is the difference between lawn care and landscaping?

What should I do before your crew arrives?
Very little. Pick up toys, hoses and pet waste so nothing gets caught by a mower, and make sure gates are unlocked and any dogs are inside. You do not need to be home, and you do not need to leave out water or power for us.
Do I have to sign up for recurring visits, or can you come one time?
Both work. Most lawns do best on a recurring schedule, because consistent mowing height is what actually produces a thick, even yard. One time work is available too, and it is common for overgrown yards, leaf and storm cleanups, or getting a property ready to list or hand over.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
Weather moves things sometimes, and that is normal here in summer. Mowing saturated ground tears turf and leaves ruts, so if a yard cannot take equipment we would rather shift the visit by a day or two than damage it. If your day moves we will let you know, and we pick the route back up as soon as conditions allow.
